Dispatch & Cut-off Times
BioLongevity Labs processes and dispatches orders Monday through Friday on business days. Same-day dispatch applies to all in-stock research compounds ordered before the daily cut-off.
Orders placed and payment confirmed before 12:00 PM PT on a business day qualify for same-day dispatch. Orders received after the cut-off are processed on the next business day.
Each order is verified against account RUO acknowledgment status. The corresponding compound vials are pulled from temperature-controlled inventory and undergo a final visual inspection.
Vials are packed with appropriate insulation and refrigerant packs for temperature maintenance during transit. COA, MSDS, and RUO declaration documents are included in the shipment.
Packages are handed off to the carrier. Tracking numbers are automatically emailed to the registered account address within 30 minutes of dispatch confirmation.
Orders placed on weekends or federal holidays are processed on the next business day. During peak periods (end of quarter, major holidays), please allow 1–2 additional business days for dispatch. Order status is visible in your account dashboard.

All Canada domestic orders ship from our State of art facility center. Delivery estimates below are from the dispatch date and apply to the contiguous 10 province.

Orders to Canada territories, Hawaii, Mexico, and US territories ship via USPS Priority Mail or UPS with adjusted transit times of 2–10 business days. Additional shipping surcharges may apply at checkout. PO Boxes are accepted for standard ground shipments only.

Packaging & Cold Chain
Lyophilized peptide vials are stable at ambient temperature for short transit periods, but BioLongevity Labs ships all research compounds with cold-chain packaging as standard to protect compound integrity.
All shipments use insulated foam liners or insulated mailers appropriate to the order size. Outer packaging is discreet with no product branding visible externally.
Ice packs or dry ice are included based on transit duration, ambient temperature forecast, and order destination. 2-day and overnight domestic shipments include upgraded cooling.
Individual vials are wrapped in protective foam or bubble wrap and secured in sealed, padded secondary containers to prevent breakage during transit. Each vial is individually labeled.
External packaging bears only the sender address and carrier label — no product names, compound references, or BioLongevity Labs branding visible on the outside of the package.
Upon receipt, lyophilized vials should be transferred to −20 °C freezer storage immediately. Reconstituted solutions should be stored per the reconstitution guide. If a package arrives showing signs of damage or temperature excursion (compromised ice packs on overnight shipments), contact our team within 24 hours with photographs.
Shipment Documentation
Every BioLongevity Labs shipment includes a complete documentation package to support laboratory intake, institutional compliance review, and international customs clearance.
- Certificate of Analysis (COA) — batch-specific, from independent third-party laboratory. Includes HPLC chromatogram, LC-MS data, purity %, CAS number, accession number, and chemist signature.
- Material Safety Data Sheet (MSDS / SDS) — hazard classification, handling precautions, storage requirements, and emergency response information per GHS format.
- Research Use Only Declaration — signed statement affirming the RUO classification of all compounds, required for institutional compliance and customs documentation.
- Commercial Invoice (International Orders) — itemized invoice with compound names, quantities, declared values, country of origin, and HS tariff codes to facilitate customs clearance.
- Packing List — itemized list of all compounds, vial sizes, quantities, and lot numbers included in the shipment. Matches the order confirmation.
- Order Confirmation Copy — printed order summary with account details, order number, and payment confirmation reference.
All documentation is available digitally through your account dashboard immediately after order confirmation. COA PDFs can be downloaded before the shipment even departs, which is useful for lab intake and institutional pre-approval requirements.
Shipping Restrictions
BioLongevity Labs cannot ship to all destinations or fulfill all order types. The following restrictions apply regardless of account status.

Some research peptides may be subject to import restrictions in specific countries independent of general sanctions lists. Customers are responsible for verifying that importation and possession of the ordered compounds is lawful in their jurisdiction before placing an order. BioLongevity Labs is not liable for packages seized or delayed at customs due to local regulatory restrictions.
Tracking & Delivery Issues
All BioLongevity Labs shipments include carrier tracking. Tracking numbers are emailed to the registered account address within 30 minutes of dispatch.
Track your shipment via the carrier’s website using the tracking number provided by email. Account holders can also view live tracking status in the order dashboard under “My Orders.”
If your order shows as delivered but has not been received, contact our team within 72 hours. Lost or damaged shipments will be investigated with the carrier; replacements are issued on confirmed loss claims.
Due to the research-grade, temperature-sensitive nature of these compounds, returns are not accepted on opened or received vials. Replacements are offered for: incorrect items shipped, vials damaged in transit (with photo evidence), or confirmed carrier loss.
Carrier delays, weather events, and customs inspections can affect transit times beyond estimates. If a shipment exceeds the estimated delivery window by more than 3 business days, contact our support team to initiate a carrier trace.
